Hello!

This is the little page where I, the editor of Whimsy Rag, get to say what I want to say.

To start with, here's something about me. I live in Phoenix, Arizona. Fantasy is one of my passions, with writing/reading being another. My full-time job is marketing for a life insurance company and I also take writing classes on the side in hopes of graduating with a degree in Creative Writing sometime in the near future. I love traveling to new places and meeting interesting people!

The purpose of starting the Whimsy Rag is many-fold. I wanted to feature strong fiction from upcoming and promising authors as well as to stretch my own writing wings. I plan to develop the Whimsy Rag to be a sort of central hub where fantasy fans can keep up with their favorite authors through the News section. The Fantastic Finds section is where I post cool finds such as costumes, new books releases, events, etc... And the Book Reviews section is just that - reviews on books that I believe other readers will enjoy.
